2. DPDP Act 2023 Compliance Statement

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India):

• Right to Access & Consent: We collect only necessary metrics (Hb levels, water intake, cycle start dates) solely upon your direct entry inside the application onboarding screen and trackers tab.
• Right to Erasure: You can completely erase your locally stored data by clearing AsyncStorage in mobile configurations. To delete any synchronized data on our Neon DB servers, contact support@bhartx.in.
• Data Fiduciary: BhartX Ecosystems Pvt. Ltd. acts as the data fiduciary, maintaining strict server isolation and zero commercial trackers.

3. Local-First Design (Secure Processing)

By default, all your logging parameters (sleep, mood, checklist tasks) are stored locally on your device. Sync updates to our Neon PostgreSQL database server occur solely to facilitate care-coordination features visible inside the admin dashboard.
